I grew up blessed to have beautiful parents and 10 siblings, 7 girls and 3 boys. Values I still hold dear at my ripe age include self-reliance and self-responsibility. My moral and ethical upbringing began with my parents.
Mom made sure we all went to Sunday school, a Baptist protestant, and indeed until I was 12 years old, I sang in choir for church services (stop laughing š). When I turned 12, I got a job as a paperboy, just like my older brother, and since I delivered the Sunday morning papers, I didnāt have to go to church anymore. I distinctly remember when I was 6 or 7 years old learning about Adam & Eve and the Six Days of Creation, and I remember thinking to myself, hey, wait a minute, who wrote this down if there was nobody there to record it? And if a day is defined as the earth rotating around once, what does a ādayā even mean if there is no earth? (I know, out of the mouth of babes.)
Dad made sure we were all fed and had a roof over our heads. He was in the US Army as an MP and stationed in France for the clean-up at the end of WWII. His profession was prosthetic, and my understanding is that he was good at his job. He taught me about taxes and that Iām required to give Mom one third of my paper route money earned, and said he must pay a third of his income on taxes also. āRoomandboardā he said - much later I realized he was saying, oh, āroom and board.ā A favorite saying of my dad, perhaps because prosthetics was his occupation, was āI cried because I had no shoes, until I met a man that had no feet.ā
Also, an important saying of my dad was: āWho are you to judge me? You never walked in my shoes, youāve never been where Iāve been, you donāt know what I know.ā There is a lot of profound thinking in that line of reasoning and that is what I want to focus on. For example, put yourself in Trumpās shoes for a moment. What makes him tick? Why certain decisions? As read in the Gospel, you know a tree by its fruit, also consider the consequences of judgement and the speck in oneās eye.
Now that Iām older, seeking enlightenment is even higher on my value list. I read ā a lot. Iāve read the Dhammapada, Bhagavad Gita, The Secret Doctrine (HPB), the Bibleās old and New Testament, and all of David Hawkins work - and more.
Normal (Woo) people understand the insane stupidity of the Ukraine-Russia conflict, but the Israel story is severely disjointed from everyday people. I, too, have been greatly mislead by the Israel story and that is what I want to address. Prior to the Covid-19 psyop scam, I believed the 9/11 story and who killed JFK. Not anymore. I got an epiphany one day that maybe the 9/11 and JFK assassination story was not true. After reading over a dozen books on the JFK assassination, I developed the sense that CIA Director Allen Dulles arranged the assassination, while FBI Director J Edgar Hoover and VP Lyndon B Johnson, managed the cover up.
